How it all started...
In 2021, while enjoying life and ministry in Florida, the Holy Spirit began to lay a path before us that would eventually bring us back to Indiana in 2025, and with intentional purpose. He started by bringing me into a much deeper, more intense prayer life than I had ever experienced in 45 years of ministry, and into a place of brokenness. Yet, I was overwhelmed with His glorious presence and love. It was all for preparation.
For the next two years, He began to lay the groundwork in our hearts for an acceleration of ministry with an emphasis on Holy Communion, revival, awakening, reformation, and the Five-Fold Ministry with an emphasis on bringing His people into a greater depth of covenant partnership with Him and equipping His people for greater works in the ministry.
In 2022, the Holy Spirit told me that a revival and awakening had begun in Northern Kentucky and Southern Indiana, and He wanted to accelerate it now. On November 22, 2022, He gave me a vision for Communion Encounters and that He would use them to bring and accelerate revival and awakening. On February 8, 2023, a revival broke out at Asbury University in Wilmore, Kentucky, with over 70,000 people from around the world attending.
Shortly after this, we knew He wanted us back in Indiana.

Expanding the vision...
In 2023, doors opened in Florida and Indiana to share the vision of Communion Encounters and to conduct many Communion Services in both states. From the depth of prayer and personal Communion, the Holy Spirit gave me a deep understanding of Communion, leading me to write and release my book, "Communion Encounters - A Time Of Awakening," on Amazon.com. The teachings brought God's people into a greater depth of active participation in covenant partnership with the Trinity. It's personal, intimate, and life-changing,
Over 18 months, we conducted 27 Communion Encounter meetings. We watched lives transformed as they encountered Jesus in Communion. We watched churches change how they conducted Communion in their services, and witnessed many people begin to have Communion in their personal devotions and share how much closer and more real Jesus is to them now.
Many people received healings and miracles while taking Communion. Others recommitted their lives to follow Jesus Christ, and some accepted Jesus and were born again. This vision is expanding, and I hope you attend a Communion Encounter meeting soon. We are available to help your church or area with Communion Encounter meetings or conferences.
In all of this, the Lord kept leading us to focus on equipping and building the body of Christ. Establishing a Parachurch ministry was on our hearts, and it finally came together as Victory Chapel - Apostolic Hub, utilizing the whole of the Five-Fold Ministries of Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor, and Teacher to equip the saints for the work of the ministry and edify the body of Christ.

Where we are headed...
With a new facility and a team of Five-Fold leaders committed to building the body of Christ, our mission and vision are clear. We must focus on being a habitation of God's presence and glory. From His presence, lives are changed, souls are saved, people are set free, and healings and miracles take place. In His presence, God's people are able to follow Him effectively and fulfill their callings, utilizing the gifts and ministries He has given to them. Victory Chapel exists to teach, train, equip, and serve as a sending station for believers and ministries. With a regional focus on reformation, this Hub will act as a base for regional revival, awakening, and kingdom advancement.
